BUSINESS INTERNSHIPS
IN COMPANIES
EASY WAY ASSOCIATION offers
Internship Programs in Spanish companies for young people
from the European Union and from not European Union countries.If
you wish to do a Business Internship in a Spanish company,
EASY WAY ASSOCIATON will contact interested companies and
send your Curriculum Vitae to those that are suitable to your
background and experience.
The Internship is offered to students who are in the last
two years of their career, as established by Spanish law (el
Real Decreto 1497/1981 of the 19 June and of 9 September of
1994), dealing with Cooperate Programs in Education adapted
to the reforms at the University level.
It is not a work contract between the company and the student.
The Internship is based on an educational agreement between
the company and the school. To make sure that all the conditions
are clearly understood, they must also be approved by the
participant.
IMPORTANT
ELEMENTS OF THE INTERNSHIP
• THE TUTOR:
This is the person in charge of any questions or problems
in relation to the Internship and, in this role, important
to the success of the program. It is essential to understand
how he works and to maintain a good relationship with him
to insure a positive outcome of the program.
• THE DAILY JOURNAL:
Once you finish your Internship you will have to write
your summary report. It will be very helpful to take notes.
It would also be good to dedicate a few minutes every day
to register details about the business, organisation, behaviour,
personal attitudes, daily work conflicts, impressions, etc.,
to use later in your report.
• THE INTERNSHIP REPORT:
It is very helpful for learn how to write an Internship
Report. To be able to have any official academic value,
the report is essential.
• THE CERTIFICATE:
The Company is obligated to give an appropiate certificate
including what the participant has done during the Internship
and how it was evaluated.
• INSURANCE:
It is very important to have a full coverage insurance
policy, including complete coverage during the stay in the
company. If the participant is younger than 27 years and
is registered in the University, he/she will be covered
by the school insurance.
SPECIAL
REQUIREMENTS
• Be registered in a School/University
or Centre during the Internship period, and that the program
you are studying requires work practise. This is essential
for coverage by the School Insurance.
DOCUMENTATION
REQUIRED
• Send you Curriculum
Vitae, enclosing a letter from the tutor/teacher responsible
for the Internship, as well as a presentation letter to
the company.
• Enclose a photocopy
of your Identity Card or Passport
• Four photos
• Application form
The request should be received at least two months before
the Internship begins
• PROCESSING THE DOCUMENTATION
Upon receipt of complete documentation, EASY WAY ASSOCIATION
will begin the Internship Placement process. The Internship
can take place in a company anywhere within Spain. Once
the Internship is set up, EASY WAY ASSOCIATION will send
the confirmation to the student along with information of
the accommodation if this has been requested, specifying
price and terms of payment.

• SPANISH LEVEL
Intermediate spanish is required for this programme.
• AGES
Candidates should be aged between 18 to 30 years of age.
• ÈNTRY
Available all year
• DURATION
The Internship usually lasts between two and six months
and cannot be for more than 50% of the Academic course period.
Minimum 8 weeks.
• COMBINATION
It`s possible to attend an English language course before
starting the work experience. A recommended course is the
intensive course available of 30 lessons weekly.

• ACCOMMODATION
EASY WAY ASSOCIATION will find accommodation for the students
who request it as long as it is available in the same area
where the Inteernship is located. The type of accommodation
will depend on the company location factor, although only
in large cities or towns will there exist the possibility
of choosing different types of accommodation. The participant
will be informed about each accommodation option (more

• STIPEND INFORMATION
Participants should not expect to be remunerated during
the work experience. This is an unpaid Internship, however
the student sometimes receives a voluntary reward by the
participating company to help the student pay for their
studies. However, the majority ofplacement companies do
pay for a travel card. Exceptions to this include medical
and law organisations that rarely cove any travel expenses.
